Came in as consultant and developed sales team from 55 to 180 associates, market share from 5% to 20%. 1989-1997 Former Luxury Marketing Strategist & Consultant for The Keyes Company for Palm Beach and Northern Counties in Florida. 1997–2000 Owner and Broker of DeFalco Real Estate Group for 18 years. 2000–2018 Owned and managed a $35 million dollar RE portfolio. 2000–2017 Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1978.
